2016 was a great year for delivery robots, but 2017 is certainly shaping up to be the best year yet.

At CES 2017, the Robotics Trends “Delivery Robots Knocking at Your Door” panel brought together three leading delivery robot companies to discuss how drones and autonomous mobile robots are transforming home delivery and emergency medical response.

The panel consisted of Steve Cousins, CEO & Founder, Savioke, Ahti Heinla, Co-Founder, CEO, CTO, Starship Technologies, and Helen Greiner, Founder and CTO, CyPhy Works who opined on delivery robotics trends, the need for continued testing, and how to overcome regulatory and technical challenges.
