Pneumatic automation and motion control specialist, The Hartfiel Company & Hartfiel South, announce its partnership with new robotics integrator Durabotics Inc. Effective immediately Hartfiel will be turning over its distributorship contract of Stäubli Robotics and Yamaha Robotics, to Durabotics, for all its territories (All of ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA and portions of MO and WI).
Hartfiel, part of the exclusive MDN network, has over 50 years experience in the motion control and pneumatics industry. In addition to distributing parts and its growing value added service department, Hartfiel has been selling robotic arms by Stäubli Robotics since 2006 and Yamaha Robotics since 1998. The new partnership turns over distributorship of these robotic arms to Durabotics. The partnership enables Hartfiel to now offer robotic integration as an additional service option to its customers.
“The decision to transfer the contract was a natural one in that it benefits the customer, said Myron Moser, CEO/President of Hartfiel. “As a company we want to be able to provide our customers with the best possible options.”
Also part of the agreement is that Durabotics will work exclusively with the Hartfiel Sales Team for their sales needs. Customers will be able to work with their Hartfiel sales representative through the entire process letting Durabotics focus on the technical aspects of each project. Tim Hedlund, VP & General Manager of Durabotics stated, “We will be able to focus on each project, doing what we do best, leaving the sales efforts to Hartfiel. We are all excited to have the strength of the Hartfiel brand in the 10 state area.”
“The Hartfiel Company is good at finding the right customers and projects for robotic integration and the partnership with Durabotics will bring a successful conclusion,” added Moser.
