“The Robot Online Mall” Grand Opening, Robotics Technology Roadshow & Discussion

Location: IBM Cambridge Innovation Center

Date: April 8, 2014 11AM-3:30PM

This event is meant to show and discuss global collaboration in the robotics industry in three ways:

Celebrating the launch of an ongoing global project called ”The Robot Online Mall.” (Please Join the Robot Online Mall Project by submitting your product video clips.)

Sharing robotics technology through a road show hosted jointly by the Korean and New England Robotics Clusters.  This is open road show to robotics companies with no fee. Please bring your robots to share!

Discussing ideas across each sector of the global robotics industry.

The 2012 Memorandum of Understanding between Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and Robot Enterprise Promotion Association (REPA) fostered interest and increased business development opportunities in the robotics sector.

To meet increasing interest in this sector, Mass TLC and REPA have actively been collaborating on creating a Robot Online Mall on YouTube that features international robotics products and is managed by RID.

The grand opening ceremony celebrates this collaboration world-wide and acts as the official site unveiling.

You should attend if you’re interested in:

Exploring Korean robotics technology
Sharing ideas regarding global collaboration
Learning about the “Robot Online Mall”
Building a community of those interested in the robotics industry
