3D Systems Creates Printable Robots for Kids
Cubify toy robots are educational and collectible

3D Systems Corporation is bringing 3D printing to robotics with a new Cubify store “app” for making robots.

The 3D printing company announced today the immediate availability of its new Cubify toy robots designed specifically for printing on Cube, the world's first home 3D printer. The Cubify 3D printer runs on the single neon material cartridge  and is priced at $1,299. 

The entire collection can be downloaded and printed at home on your Cube 3D printer. Starting at $4.99, Cube printed robots are also available for home delivery through Cubify and come individually packaged or in sets of three with several options to choose from like ray-guns and rocket-packs.

Cubify robots are moveable, poseable and printable in colorful, lego-like plastic. Printed parts can be snapped together, swapped and colors mixed to create a new robot, or an entire crew.

The Cubify toy robots join other designs available at the Cubify store and are marketed as a collectible toy or educational tool for kids.

3D Systems is a provider of 3D content-to-print solutions including 3D printers, print materials and on-demand custom parts services for professionals and consumers alike. The company also provides CAD software and plugins, and affordable consumer create-and-make printers, apps and services.
