Brainytoys Enters Into Agreement With Wany Robotics
Brainytoys Limited (ASX Code: BRT) (Brainytoys) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a wide ranging multi-product development agreement with Wany Robotics Ltd, Europe’s leading robotic technology provider, and its Hong Kong based subsidiary, Wany Robotics Asia Pacific Ltd (Wany). Under this agreement Wany will undertake advanced prototype development, and the electronic software and hardware integration of Brainytoys’ key play patterns, and the conversion of these play patterns into Custom Integrated Circuits (electronic chips) .
This process will deliver Brainytoys a number of custom electronic chips that will be used in the mass-manufacture of a range of Brainytoys’ toys going forward. This program will significantly increase Brainytoys’ current catalogue of eight products, which are now in manufacture.
