CAPE’s PicRite(R) Robotics product contains a new level of functionality, reliability and ease of use. New features include modules that control order batching and automated outbound palletization, analyzeorders to determine and control pallet build, direct robots to pick from proper position and control orientation and layer building. PicRite(R) Robotics also tracks every case that has been loaded onto pallets to indicate when the pallet has been completed. The product further enables arobot to handle multiple size cases on one pallet, and support interlocking shapes to allow optimal pallet builds. The system can be configured with 3-D graphical views of the pallet, support popular robotic palletizers and seamlessly integrates with the host processing/warehouse management systems.
