Qualifications: | Requirements
- Manage multi-faceted, hardware/software development, production, and sustainment program.
- Function in a leadership role, overseeing the work activities of 10-30 plus personnel focusing on production, engineering (mechanical, electrical, and software), configuration management, marketing and sales, logistics, manufacturing, business finance, contracts, and legal. Oversight includes implementation of, and adherence to program scope, life cycle management, risk management, change control, user interface, business development, quality management, and personnel, cost, and schedule management.
- Key role will be managing production, delivery, and sustainment of a subcontracted robot production line able to produce up to 100 high tech units per month for DoD, Homeland Defense, and industrial customers.
- Keep appropriate metrics and report to Division leadership
- Ensure all deliverables are met and the program stays on schedule
- Implement budget and provide updated forecasts
- Meet with users and potential customer to ensure their requirements are met
- Analyze overall program status and quality assurance of development, production, and sustainment deliverables to ensure appropriate resources are applied to achieve program objectives consistent with corporate strategic goals
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing life-cycle hardware/software development-through-production programs, preferably government, or in support of government programs
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- BS EE/ME/SWE
- MBA/MPM a plus.
Additional Skills and Experience:
- Subcontractor management and EVMS experience useful
