Sales Operations Representative

This position requires a retail channel customer service professional who will spend approximately 50% of their time as an order manager (order entry, tracking, and customer support) and 50 % of their time as a sales ops rep (Data Management, item set up for retailers, EDI implementations).  In this role a sense of urgency toward servicing our customer in a timely; efficient manner will be critical in all tasks.

* Ensure accuracy in processing customer orders received via EDI, Email, or Fax
* Ensure prompt delivery of finished product to our trade customers
* Provide timely responses to customer and Rep Groups requests for Tracking and Order Status
* Be responsible for and maintain sense of urgency on obtaining all shipping documents required for Revenue Recognition
* Process Customer returns in a timely fashion, Escalate return requests when needed.
* Provide support to Sales Team as it is related to item set up, Specs, Price List Management, and all other customer requirements as needed
* Communicate potential Customer Support issues with Management and provide actions plans for resolution
* Focus all efforts on providing world-class Customer Service to internal and external customers
* Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive improvement efforts
* Report to management on results of Key Performance Indicators as required

Requirements:

* 2 + Years proven customer support /sales support/Business Information Management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Oracle or SAP Experience
* Customer/Pricing/Item Set up Experience a Plus
