Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst for our Home Robots Division who will help us manage our customer data and automate business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality.
• Establish processes for the identification, collection, and use of customer data; take steps to assure data accuracy and validity.
• Establish methods and procedures for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, and improvement.
• Integrate and automate business processes using Microsoft SQL Server 7 or above, .NET, XML, PERL/PHP and web services
• Customer service quality reporting and metrics

Requirements

• 8-10 years overall experience in IT
• 5+ years data architecture experience in OLTP and data warehousing environments
• Significant hands on experience with relational database design and development. MySQL experience desirable.
• Solid understanding of XML concepts
• Experience with reporting tools
• Current knowledge of industry trends and new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities, focus on key objectives, and deliver on time.
• Self-motivated, goal driven, analytical.  Ability to work successfully in a growing, fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
