mBot from MakeBlock is a low cost, easy-to-run robot kit for kids to get hands-on experience about graphical programming, electronics, robotics. It is an all-in-one solution for robotics learning and designed for STEM education.

mBot is based off of the Scratch programming interface. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Scratch, it’s essentially a graphical programming tool that kids can use to make computer and robot programs. mBot can be programmed by kids using the latest version of Scratch, Scratch 2.0 (Mac and Windows compatible).
