Innova Holdings Fills Management Position – Joseph Gonzales, Director of Corporate Communications

Innova Holdings, Inc. (IVHG:OTCBB), a robotics and automation technology company providing software and hardware systems-based solutions to the service, personal, and industrial robotic markets, announced today that Joseph Gonzales has been chosen to fill the newly created position of Director of Corporate Communications.

Weisel, Chairman and CEO. “Joe’s extensive communications experience, especially in public and media relations, is another significant addition to our management staff.”

Gonzales is responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies, managing media relations, and integrated marketing communications programs to increase awareness and build the brand for Innova Holdings and its wholly owned subsidiaries Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT™), and Innova Robotics.

Gonzales has 15 years’ experience in a variety of communications roles in public relations, public affairs, journalism, and marketing and advertising. His experience includes five years as public relations manager with a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations firm where he provided media relations and public relations expertise to more than 100 companies in diverse industries including segments like community development, health care, government and marine.

His experience also includes eight years in public affairs as a senior noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he advised directors and staff on public affairs issues, and worked closely with commanders in creating and implementing coordinated approaches to communications plans. His work as a writer and editor of military community newspapers earned him top honors with a Thomas Jefferson Award recognizing his work at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, as the best newspaper in its category throughout the entire Department of Defense for three consecutive years.

“He has an impressive background and clearly stood out as the best person to bring our communications efforts to the next level,” Weisel added. “He will play a crucial role in leading Innova Holdings’ positioning efforts as we continue to expand and grow our business.”
